Are you REALLY Okay?


When someone asks how you're feeling and you say, "okay" are you being honest?

A lot of times I just say "I'm ok," to avoid dealing with the real feelings.

It's okay to not be okay - acknowledge what's bothering you and go from there.

You don't always need the answers or the solutions.

Knowing there's a problem is the FIRST step.
